#1MillionMinutes Mad Lib


To kick off the start of the Fit Approach #1MillionMinutes summer challenge, here is a fun Mad Lib for you!

I am so excited to join #1MillionMinutes with #sweatpink! This summer my goal is to do 5000 (number) minutes of running, cycling, yoga, strength training and walking (activity), while wearing my favorite pink (color)  Skirt Sports Vixen Skirt (noun).
I predict that we’ll CRUSH (Verb) the goal of #1MillionMinutes - we’ll actually hit 2.5 million (number of) minutes this summer! I predict that running and yoga (activity) will be the top-logged movement.
I'll get extra minutes in by walking (verb) to the lake with Sarge (place)!
My favorite way to get extra minutes in is by cycling (verb) with Nick (person). Nick (person) is my BEST activity partner because he/she is so encouraging (adjective). Our favorite way to relax post-workout is to eat and maybe take a nap if it was tough.
