Workout Wednesday - Grokker Style!

This week I am changing up my workout routine somewhat. As you might have seen on Monday-- Sweat Pink is teaming up with Grokker, an online resource for fitness, yoga and recipe videos. I decided to jump on the bandwagon and give Grokker a shot!

Instead of the typical #WorkoutWednesday post where I show you step-by-step the workout I’m doing, I want YOU to join me in my Grokker style workout!
