The Workout

Today's workout is a Plyometric Bodyweight Challenge led by fitness instructor Sarah Kusch. The entire workout, including warm-up and cool-down, is just under 30 minutes so it's a perfect way to get moving when your schedule is hectic. The Plyometric Bodyweight Challenge is rated high intensity but I know you can do it! ;-)

After a dynamic warm-up, the main part of the workout is broken up into two rounds where each exercise is performed for 30 seconds followed by 15 seconds rest. One minute of rest is given between rounds.

Sarah is tough, and her workouts are sure to keep your heart pumping.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my Grokker experience. The workouts are challenging, while providing the convenience of not having to leave home. The Plyometric Bodyweight Challenge specifically is one of my favorite Grokker videos. I've done this workout numerous times. I always finish feeling like I gave it my all. Such a good feeling!
