Plank Challenge {free printable}

We are midway through November. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are all right around the corner. 

This time of the year lends itself to splurging. There's nothing wrong with a good splurge once in awhile, but we need to counter those splurges with some hard heart pumping work-- or we might find ourselves a few pounds heavier come January!

With 12 days remaining in November I thought it would be fun to finish out the month strong. Who loves a good challenge? I know I sure do. 

How about a plank challenge? Who's with me?

Over the next 12 days we are going to focus on strengthening our core. A strong core makes pretty much everything else in life easier. Standing tall, running, cycling, getting up and down from the floor while playing with your kids. Core strength is important.

Ready for your challenge? 

. Day 1 - 30 seconds forearm plank
. Day 2 - 30 seconds {each} left and right side plank
. Day 3 - 30 seconds reverse plank
. Day 4 - 60 seconds forearm plank
. Day 5 - 60 seconds {each} left and right side plank
. Day 6 - 60 seconds reverse plank
. Day 7 - 90 seconds forearm plank
. Day 8 - 90 seconds {each} left and right side plank
. Day 9 - 90 seconds reverse plank
. Day 10 - 120 seconds forearm plank
. Day 11 - 120 seconds {each} left and right side plank
. Day 12 - 120 seconds reverse plank

Whew. That will be tough, especially Day 12. But it will be fun, give you a challenge to work towards and keep you active for the rest of the month. All good things!
