Hello Y'all! This is Esther from Chocolate Runner Girl!

Thank you Amanda for letting me guest post on Unapologetically You! It is an honor to be here today!

I am a northern girl who has been living in the south the past {almost} 8 years! I love fitness, especially lifting weights, running and playing volleyball. I love to travel, experiment in the kitchen, go on dates with my hubby and enjoy chocolate.

It has been autumn for almost a month now. Well, at least on the calendar. Here in Texas it can't really decide what season it is. But that is ok! I still love everything about fall and all that comes with it.

Like many people, I love pumpkin items! I could eat them all year round, but they are not always easy to find.

One thing I also love to do is make homemade sugar scrubs! They are great for my skin with nothing harsh or chemically involved. I saw a few other scrubs with fall themes and decided to come up with one of my own.

Here is my Pumpkin Sugar Scrub.

Don't worry if you decide to eat some! It is yummy and won't do any harm {unless you have allergies to any of the ingredients, then please don't eat it!}.

Ingredients

. 16 ounces organic refined coconut oil
. 4-5 cups pure cane sugar
. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
. 1 tablespoon cinnamon
. 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
. 1 tablespoon vitamin E oil {if desired}

Instructions

1. Whip up the coconut oil with a mixer or blender.
2. Add in the sugar, 1 cup at a time, and blend well. Add sugar until the consistency is right for you.
3. Add spices and vanilla.
4. Blend all ingredients together well.
5. Store in a glass container. I love to use small Mason Jars.

It is a super simple recipe. It make a good amount for 1 batch. If you are wanting to make a smaller size, just divide all the ingredients by 4.

I hope you enjoy some relaxing time during the upcoming holiday season!

Have a healthy and joy-filled day!
Esther
